- This will obviously not work for everyone. I am just sharing what worked for me.
- I suffered from anorexia 5 years ago and recovered. But I relapsed 4 months ago worse than ever. I started binging every other day in March after very heavy restriction. We all know too well that after a binge, we restrict some more, which leads to binging, and so on.
- This advice is not to encourage restricting or give tips on how to better restrict, although I am not delusional and I know many will use this advice that way. My intention however is to help with the binging part because it leaves me feeling like crap, and I do more damage with restricting afterwards.
- I'm not sure if this applies to people who suffer directly from BED--likely not.
- Reduce added sugar intake as much as possible for 1 week if you binge on sugary things. Sugar is addictive, and I find if I eat something with a bit of sugar, I crave more. While sugar does not cause binges, it does not help me fight against binges. Reducing sugar just makes it easier for my brain to fight. I came to this conclusion as I kickstarted my March month of binging after tasting 1 piece of Lindt chocolate. After that 1 piece, I couldn't stop thinking about chocolate, and it lead to me eating 2-3 whole bars of chocolate every other day.
- Eat at or close to maintenance every other day for 1 week. Yes, the restrictive ED voice will yell but it helped stabilize my mind and body so I am not so deprived.
- If you have a food that you tend to binge over, avoid only that food and let yourself eat other things. Mine are specifically Dairymilk Hazelnut chocolate bars. Those things are part of all of my binges because my body just craves the nutty flavour, the sugar, and the fat. So for the past few binges, I allow myself to have anything BUT those. It has been 2 weeks since I've had a bar, and I honestly have forgotten what they taste like and I no longer crave it. It is no longer a trigger for a binge anymore and I slowly tapered off.
- End every meal off with something repulsive for 1 week. I end all my lunches and dinners with a quarter cup of plain greek yogurt. It tastes rancid with no toppings or flavourings, but it curbs my appetite for food for a good few hours.

I bought a digital camera and a scale on Ebay about four months ago. Being new to reselling I wanted to get some positive feedback to increase my chances with buyers. After about 3 months I decided I did not need the camera as my phone would work just as well and listed it asking about 20 bucks. Someone bought it very quickly and I shipped it out either that day or the day after. Well apparently, the buyer was very disappointed with the quality of the camera and gave me the worst possible feedback causing my seller rating to drop to a disgusting 66 percent. I was given a suggestion the other day by another redditor that I should just delete my account and start over. Do you guys feel this is something that needs to be done if I stand a chance to have steady sales in the future and will Ebay even allow this?

I can usually only play for 10-20 minutes before it crashes its not over heating. The drivers are up to date I don't know what to do. It also isn't a bad driver the last driver did the same thing.

Today I noticed if I use Active Time I'm making over $20/hour. Is there a standard set for calculating $/hour? Usually 6-1/2 to 7 hours Total Dash time I can make $100, so about $15/hour. So this gets kinda messy really sorry about that. Okay sorry if its hard to follow but basically im 20 and ive never had a single meaning relationship(including platonic) I spent my middle school and high school lunch periods sitting alone somewhere just drawing. I always tried talking to people but no one ever really seems to like me enough. But i met a guy last year, who i know for a fact has no feeling for me, and after he found out i was a virgin he changed a lot. I guess i just went a long with it because i was just desperate that maybe there would be even a slight chance he'd stay with me(sorry that sounds so depressing ha). Right after (like 20 minutes) after he dropped me off, he just sent me money for a pregnancy test and blocked me. Cut to last week when he messaged me out of the blue about seeing each other again. But now hes claiming that he actually cares for me and that he was just nervous. He now says that he "couldnt stop thinking about me". And that he"wants to get to know me more" he says all that but still wouldnt stop talking about sex. I know i probably shouldnt see him again but im starting to think hes my only shot at having a person in my life. I wanna both never want to see him again and run back to him in hopes of having some kind of i dont really know what. Simply: different sites have access to different reporting groups; everyone has access to FINRA (in fact, this is all that Fintel uses); most have access to the simple public dark pools; some have access to more select dark pools, if they pay for it; no one gets to see the institutional (a.k.a, 'internalization') dark pools of Shitadel, Virtu, and the other market makers until the OTC non-ATS dark pool report is published a month later. This is why, when you click on the info on Market Chameleon for dark pools there is a confusing disclaimer which is meant to say THIS ISN'T ALL THE INFO (in fact, all they are showing you is the FINRA info, and then not telling you where the Sweep and Block Trades data comes from): https://preview.redd.it/518o7x7efmpa1.png?width=917&format=png&auto=webp&s=c0aa5f06abac5e9618c58d480c06dc9b79ebff60 However, it appears that reporting sites have some idea of the volume of internalization trades since it can be seen that in the report above the Volume % of total only adds up to 77.4%. Where is the extra volume (i.e., where are the 363,377 shares that are the difference between the total volume reported and the sum of the volume column)? It's within the internal 'markets' of Shitadel, Virtu, Jane St., which run as though parallel to the live Nasdaq. So, when I say that 70% of today's volume (of the 1.02m shares officially reported by FINRA) was shares sold short, I mean 70% of the amount that retail can see. The internalization dark pool reports NEVER say whether the shares moved by Shitadel, Virtu, Jane St., and the shadiest De Minimis Firms are longs, sells, or shorts. For a thought experiment, I'll assume that the missing amount (up to 740k shares if Barron's amount is used) is all shorts being hidden by HFs: that means that today's short volume as percent of total volume could be thought of as closer to 👉 83% short volume today 👈 (i.e.: 722,826 reported on FINRA + 740k, or just 720k x 2 = 1.44m possible shorts / 1.74m total volume per Barron's). But that's not all. The number can go even higher when the after hours data is taken into account. Take this high-estimate with a grain of salt, but you can see now how the 70% official FINRA short volume number is in actuality higher, perhaps even as high as ~90% of total... But why? Are the shorts just squeezing their balls waiting on an ER or factory announcement? How can it take this much downward pressure to keep the stock trading flat as it has? |

My desk is pretty small and my mouse pad is only 25 × 20 cm. And the desk is enclosed so if I flick to the right, I just bump my hand. But that didn't stop me from playing and reaching Gold 2. But it led to me trying out higher sens like 0.45 on 800 DPI.
It made tracking close targets and flicking better overall. Clearing angles didn't use my entire arm too. But it did make me less precise and accurate. And tracking short strafes was harder. I do want to train my hand to become really delicate and precise just for the fun of it.
But I do dial it back to 0.3 - 0.39 sens from time to time, especially if I'm on a losing streak. Then, go back to 0.45 if I wanna go hog wild with the op on Jett.
Do you also have limited mouse space? How far have you gone in ranked?

I have a Samsung tv that I will watch the Samsung TV Plus channels on.
I jump back and forth on a few like ION, ION Plus, and ElectricNOW.
They show the Librarians episodes very often.
I own the all 3 Librarian movies and the box set for the The Librarians so I pretty good of what is what.
Was watching the pilot "And the Crown of King Arthur" the other day, and in one of the opening scene when they were collecting the other librarians up I saw something funny. When Eve when to the bar to pick up Jake the scene starts out with Jake siting at the bar talking to another work buddy when Lamia walk in looking around. His buddy points her out and says I going to make my move. He comes back because she turn him down because he didn't know anything about her tattoo she had. And the rebroadcast version they skip this scene and go right to where Jake walk up to her.
I know they edit stuff for time and other stuff, but I felt this not ever 30 seconds that was cut was needed.
Now to my question, has anyone else notice on any of the other rebroadcast that has been edited?
