How can I remove all the pure black pixels from an image without changing anything else? A video told me to invert the layer and then erase white paper, but that ruins my picture because it makes all the other pixels transparent! And I must not have any transparent pixels in this project! I just want to remove all the pure black pixels and do absolutely nothing to any of the other pixels.

So I bought a used car in July of 2022. It’s was a 2006 with 165,000 on the odometer. During the test drive there was a check engine light on. He scanned it right in front of me and said it was for an oxygen sensor. When I picked the car up the light was off. It’s had acceleration problems from day 1. The other day I scanned it looking for an unrelated diagnostic trouble code and noticed it had a stored code for bad catalytic converters. I opened the gauge cluster and found that the dealer had covered the check engine light bulb with a ball of electrical tape. I know the car doesn’t need emissions inspections because of its age but the oxygen sensor was never really replaced either which is making it run less than great. Is this any kind of fraud? I don’t want any huge sum of money or anything I just want the new oxygen sensors he was supposed to have put in before and I want the catalytic converters addressed because of how expensive they are. This was in Massachusetts and the car cost around 7000 if that matters.

I do know this though. Megan Williams, Molly Williams, Danny Williams, cheerilee, applejack, apple bloom, sweetie Belle, rarity, and a couple of other characters are I this idea.
Cheerilee and Scootaloo are sisters in this universe, they live with their aunts in their own homeless shelter called paradise estate. The Williams siblings also live there. Everyone who stays in paradise estate refers to auntie holiday and auntie lofty as well auntie and aunt even though most of the ponies in there are related to them with the exception of scootaloo and cheerilee.
Megan Williams is a human girl who has a much weaker version of the rainbow of light. She is still the oldest and more mature of her siblings but she has a sassy side when challenged enough. She is capable of being a leader despite not being an adult. She and her little siblings have gotten her after a travel across a rainbow bridge. Although the siblings are fine with staying with the ponies anyways.
Scootaloo is still a daremare and can't fly do to her wings being damaged. how ever this version also likes to have her hair braided by her big sister. Her recklessness gets on cheerilee's nerves.
Danny Williams is still a bit of a prankster and still doesn't like bullies, he can get on his sisters nerves, especially Megan's. He is capable of being a leader similar to his big sister but is extremely hesitant to do so do to the fear that he might get his love ones hurt. He and scoots get along the each other the most out of the rest of their friend group do to them having so much in common.
Rarity is a unicorn Noble who is known to be generous and pretty down to earth, she is great fashion designer. She doesn't like being dirty but will gladly do so to help her friends.
Sweetie belle is energetic and looks up to her big sister. Despite not being good at magic yet she is willing to do anything for her friends, the most innocent of her group she is capable of being feisty when pushed or angered.
Applejack is a simple farm pony.
Apple bloom despite living on a nearby farm has an interesting in chemistry, especially potions. She is the leader of her friend group called the crusaders. Despite her being the voice of reason she is still just as immature as the other members.
Apple bloom, sweetie, scootaloo, and Danny are the crusaders, a group that f children who crusade for fun and to help others. They have a habit of cause chaos and somehow a some property damage despite their good intentions to help others and attempts to have fun. They somehow let a cart on fire underwater.
Molly Williams is the youngest of the Williams siblings and is extremely kind.

The sisters will give out wisdom to the heroes but doesn't intervene unless they have to as they don't want to destroy the content or potentially the planet.
Queen Oppilene (I can't remember how to spell her name) is an alicorn that was drained of most of her magic, now she seeks to get all her power back and conquer the world even if she has to go town to town for now. She has other villians that work for her, she has briefly team up with, or that has tried to get in her way forcing her to team up with the heroes. She was banished do to absorbing the dragon fire of some innocent dragons in front of the other two alicorns.
Shadow tempest formally known fizzy pop is a general that works for opel do to opel saving her when she was a filly. She has a broken horn but is great at hoof to hoof and hoof to hand/claw combate. She is also great at using many weapons so being a Pegasus or unicorn won't help you against her. Now bow to her Queen!

I'm so grateful for this community of like-minded devotees. Because moments ago, I finished my first start to finish listen. I am moved. I am processing and I figured with all of you was the best place to do it.
In preparation, I ate half a gummy, turned on dim lighting, popped in my headphones, and reclined on my office couch.
My Cosmos is Mine started hot, with now familiar notes and bass setting the tone. Reminds me of opening with World in My Eyes.
As soon as Wagging Tongue hit my headphones, I was hooked. It gave me hints of But Not Tonight, oddly, and Policy of Truth, but it was completely fresh and new. I was certain it would be my favorite track. If this isn't a single, I'll be disappointed. I fucking love this track.
Then the now well- played Ghosts Again, which is a solid track that grew on me steadily. It was the only one I skipped. Don't Say You Love Me: those first chords give me a bit of SOFAD guitar, with a hint of Johnny Marr. And the lyrics start, Wow! Dave's wailing, it's Condemnation, but somehow hopeful. The chorus felt reminiscent of One Caress. It's gorgeous. This is the first one that started hitting me emotionally, in a way the last few albums haven't, at least not right away. "The promises left on the sheets." Something is reminding me of MFTM, maybe the way it trails off. Excellent.
My Favorite Stranger: the riff, and the bass, the synth--YES. Damn, it reminded me of the first time I heard Black Celebration, or Useless. And again, those lyrics kept getting at me. Dave's voice echoing in the distance. It's that combo that I know we all love in DM, whatever it is that makes us obsessed. Whatever has made me love them since childhood. It's ominous and uplifting, depressing but beautiful. Then Martin harmonizes, and that's my favorite. And that persistent guitar and whining sound, driving the beat. So good. And those last little sounds, makes me think of their sound experimentation.
Soul with Me: Gods this is Martin's favorite kind of song to sing. I always want him to speed up, a la Route 66, but it's him at his best here. His velvety voice is pure luxury and delight to let pour over you. And that surprising transition, like a different decade butting in. This reminds me of Martin's first solo album, and I recognize he is channeling his early musical influences. Despite the slower tempo, the chorus made me want to sing along.
Caroline's Monkey: I can immediately see why this is many people's favorite. It's catchy as hell. Lyrics are a little obvious at first, giving me Dave's first solo album, actually, but man I like listening to it. Dave's vocal attitude sounds like Marc Almond in Soft Cell. Then the chorus, and it feels less cheeky and now I'm getting all reflective. Other tracks so far have gotten me in the nostalgia but this one is all contemporary to me.
Before We Drown: Unreservedly, my favorite. I so appreciate how I've grown up with DM. As a kid, so much of the messaging was over my head, but I got the gist. As I got older, I found new waits to relate and appreciate my old favorites and find new appreciation with more experience. I've experienced a lot since the last album, and this one surprised me, how much it struck me and made me reflective. I couldn't explain exactly why, but halfway through I started feeling tears in my eyes. This one, is like a dialogue between the teenage self who felt so herself, listening to DM, and who I am today, and how this music, these incredibly talented men, have meant so much to me. And I continue to find new meaning. They continue to make me feel the most like myself.
People are Good: This was a good followup song so i could stop weeping. I believe Martin said he felt like he needed to write something positive and optimistic, but it's a bit tinged with skepticism and despair. There's a good bit of despair coming through Martin's lyrics. The chorus is gorgeous. It's modern but so familiar.
Always You: Godammit why am I crying again? My love. Reminded me of John Lennon's Oh My Love, but better, sadder, and then it's only Dave. I know Martin's my favorite, but my goodness, this is Dave at his best. The high note! The music, though, it's classic DM, it's Black Celebration. It's an unofficial sequel to Somebody, or Lie to Me. Amazing. My second favorite.
Never Let Me Go: Yes, yes, I'm going to dance to this when I see them next week. I can already tell. The synth is early DM, it's Its Called A Heart and Shake the Disease, but again, modern and new, completely. Martin's deep, rich voice grounds it. The riff is pure Useless, incredible. It's catchy, I think it will be stuck in my head.
Speak to Me: And here are the tears again. This one is like reading Dave's diary or listening to his dying prayers. Obviously they are always baring their souls for us to consume, and this one dies that, it takes me back to Walking in my Shoes and Condemnation, the degree to which it's so raw and open. But the melody gives me Sweetest Perfection, One Caress, I Want You Now. Towards the climax, the beat becomes strained, there's a high whining mechanical tone like a defibrillator whirring, a childlike tune plays, and then the beat returns strong, pounding, like a heartbeat.
Overall, this album did exactly what the name says: memento mori. The purpose of reminding one, remember that you will die is not to scare or shock. It's really a reminder to LIVE, to enjoy, to appreciate what we have while we have it. This is the best DM album in a long time because it is one cohesive project. I believe that Dave and Martin's writing have finally blended in a way that is true to the history and spirit of the band. The album as a whole, and the songs individually, strike that perfect balance between despair and hope, light and dark, slow and upbeat. Because it has a cohesive feel, it's easy to get lost in the storytelling and imagery and music. It is, and I do not say this lightly, an instant classic. It is a true Depeche Mode album in all the best ways and will be remembered as one of their best.

My weekend has officially and I’m looking for my lady metalhead! I’m talking like mid 2k metalcore. Anything from A7X, BFMV, Atreyu, Trivium, Between the Buried and Me, Norma Jean, etc.
Born in the 80s. Molded by 90s alt rock. Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Incubus. You probably maybe even got down with some EDM and Indy stuff too.
You got some of that East coast charm. Take no shit, tough as nails, resting bitch face, but don’t like yelling cause you’re still sensitive or some shit. You look out for the little guy. Not afraid to bully the bully(thanks Easton)
You got your issues but you’re still functioning. Still standing cause we don’t know any better. We work hard but do it in a way that says “fuck off” with a smile. We navigated the tech boom. Lived through the Y2K scare to find out it was way blown out of proportion. We ate mud and drank from the hose and wish the younger generation now got to experience that. We got to walk house to house on Halloween without much fear. No trunk or treats for us. Our curfew was when the street lights came on. Yea I’m quoting memes now so I guess that’s where I’ll end it. Here’s a quick bit of what I’m looking for.

Personality wise I’m pretty laid back, I like to smile and laugh and love making jokes. Pretty dry, dark and sarcastic. Very affectionate and caring, kind and sweet at times. Also a bit of an asshole in a way. It’s weird I’m weird. You’ll never feel unwanted or unappreciated but you may wanna drop kick me lol.
I enjoy the usual nerddoms. Gaming, anime(getting back into. Shoot me some recommendations!) I prefer DC animated over Marvel live action and I may catch hell for that but again. I like dark and gritty. I’m a metalhead but can listen to a lot of different genres.
Pet friendly, Kink friendly, 420 friendly. Drink on occasion. Nothing serious or heavy.

What do you guys think?

Løren (The Black Label) just dropped his first EP, and it includes 5 songs: Temporary, Folks (title), Sticks and Stones, Panic, and Frown.
I've liked Løren's other songs for a quite a while now, and with him only having 3 singles, I was really looking forward to this comeback and I personally loved it!
Obviously his music style isn't for everyone, but if you're into this kind of music (rock/punk/indie/90s/00s? I'm bad at genres lol), I'd definitely recommend checking it out!
