i started to Playlist HÖR Berlins Techno DJ Mix/Set IDs few months ago updating it on a regular base (updating the already existing ID lists, adding more DJs as well as updating the Compiled List).
Some DJ Playlists are not shown on my Profile due to Spotifys 200 Public Playlists Restrictions but they`re accessible nevertheless.
The IDs been taken out of Youtubes internal detector, Youtubes Comment Section, Soundclouds ID list and Comment Section.
Some Tracks are missing (either unreleased Tracks or Tracks which coulnt be detected or arent released on Spotify) but more than 80 - 90% of each Artists Mix IDs are included.

I’m just gonna post the report that I sent out to their so called Ethics Point where they supposedly review policy and ethics. Nothing ever came out of it and the owner just got away with harassment and I’m still traumatized by this. This was at Party City in Exton, PA. Here goes:
Upon starting, I was thrown on the floor. Nobody trained me. Nobody even bothered to show me the store or give me the general layout of where anything was. I had no idea there was a binder with important information in it that is referred to often until about a month into working there. I relied solely on party school. I had to constantly ask for help to the point where management scolded and yelled at me, calling me “rude”, “difficult,” and “argumentative” for asking basic questions like “how can I know for future reference?” since constantly asking for help causes disruption. I was yelled at for asking for help to the point where I started handling customers while completely alone on the floor. I was then yelled at for not asking for help. The one time I was given a register on the balloon counter while Debbie was working, another employee complained over the walkie saying “Debbie, Aashni needs help again, she doesn’t know what to do” because my register was not working. Come to find out there was an underlying systemic issue. Ever since, for a whole year I was never granted any balloon opportunities from Debbie. I’d always express to Debbie my excitement for making balloon bouquets for customers and having watched video tutorials at home. When I picked out balloons for my best friends birthday I was not allowed to inflate them because Debbie said I was “not in uniform”. I figured my coworkers can focus more on the customers while I inflated mine. This was while she had a minor wearing shorts and a hoodie behind the balloon counter inflating orders almost every weekend. During these weekends, I watched a minor, a non employee without uniform, have more balloon privileges than me while my position became resorted down to register and janitorial duty. This is also after cleaning and organizing the entire balloon counter as well as labeling everything and folding away each balloon so to make everything easily accessible and more efficient for everybody including myself. I truly go above and beyond at work. I care about putting value and quality into my work. I have even had customers take a picture of me with the bouquets I made for them. I've had other customers watch me arrange bouquets for others and then ask me to arrange theirs. I love helping customers pick out colors and shapes and styles. It's fun! Yet Debbie consistently engages in micro aggressions and does not allow me opportunities. For example, I came into work one day with Debbie excitedly informing me that “everybody is going to be assigned roles for their shifts. Can you guess where yours is?” To which I responded with hope “the balloon counter?” And her saying “no! The front register!” I was hurt. Anytime I asked to help out on the counter I was met with remarks like “not today”, “everybody does everything” (even though I always see the same few people on the counter), “not on saturdays”, “I’m not arguing with you” “I need you on register” and more dismissals. I’ve spoken with every manager about this issue only to be met with “I don’t know why she does that”, “what do you want me to do about it?” and “you should just quit”. Only Amanda and Grace vouched for me but even then Debbie still refused to provide me the same opportunity as everybody else. When I was at my wits end I tearfully went to Amanda to put in my two weeks and she jumped into action. After a phone call, I was informed to make a list of essential duties of the balloon counter. I found it rather strange considering nobody ever trained me in the first place and nobody else had to make a list for wanting an opportunity like that, but I complied. After that, I was on the counter only whenever I didn't have a shift with Debbie, which is very rare. I would even come in early hoping to get a chance on the counter only for the next person having the same shift as me to come in be on the counter. The list of micro aggressions go on and on and I feel it's important to make this a more known issue. This is not fair. I am so hurt. I don't know what else to do.

I was supposed to come in today from 10am-2pm but I had to call off because I was too scared to go in. Once I woke up that morning, I cried because of how much anxiety I had and was crying when debbie answered the phone. I was promptly yelled at once I disclosed my anxiety and then hung up on before I could say anything.

Sunday was ridiculous. I had to bag a balloon order for a customer and Debbie started taunting me saying “see? You get to bag some balloons! isn’t that fun?” while laughing so I respond “when do I get to be on the counter?” She says “I’m not having this conversation with you like I said not on saturdays” I remarked I’ve only been working saturdays and Debbie raises her voice at me saying she was not going to have this conversation in front of all these people so I asked “when could we talk bc I’ve been dismissed every time I’ve tried to” to which she sneers and points at me and yells “you’re the one harassing me! You harass me all the time! Move away from the front of the store!” In complete shock I respond “I just want the same opportunity as everyone else.” She started demeaning me saying “on the counter I need someone to do many things” so I say “I’ve been working here for a year and you refuse to give me a chance. I can do whatever that needs to be done.” Debbie refuted me and again repeats that I’m harassing her and storms away exclaiming that she is not continuing this conversation. I’m bewildered and at that point my coworker comes in and asks how’s it going and I reply with “Debbie just said I was harassing her…” and right after I say that Debbie says over the walkie that I can go on my break. Confused, I respond “I only work a 4 hour shift” and she demands that I step off the floor and take a break. I had an hour left on my shift. I ignored her. She continued giving me dirty looks and behaved very strangely and standoffish.

Debbie brought me to the back with Amanda as a witness to talk and she reiterated that I was harassing her because I asked for more opportunities. I don’t understand how asking “when can we talk” qualifies as harassment. She said “you refused to step off the floor when I told you to” so I said “how am I supposed to not feel discriminated against from that?” and she began lecturing me again about how everybody does everything and the new hires need training so I asked “how come the new hires are getting trained but not me?” Debbie averted the question somehow and again just dismissed everything I said and said “well since Alex said you were quitting we need to know when.” Amanda had not said a word during this entire time. Debbie just stormed off after the last sentence and Amanda followed suit leaving me alone in a room basically ready to cry. After everything I’ve done, after all my hard work and efforts and constant trying to simply improve and progress and learn, I’m just shot down again.

"Is that a wig?" to Amanza. Duh, but asking the question lacks tact. Amanda's hair was brown and half the length a day before - of course it's a wig. Stop drawing attention to Black women's hair care!
"Why are you so mad?" to Chelsea when she is called out on being two-faced. Chelsea is calmly addressing Heather's go-between behavior and is on the receiving end of Heather's lack of accountability.

Heather seems like someone who has legit gotten through life on being pretty and thin - and is proud of it. She 100% votes republican while claiming to be liberal and probably hasn't let anyone know how she really feels about them EVER.
She is triggering and I will be really happy to not see her grace my screen again.

2023.05.18 05:17 No-Tie-4872 I want to protect a minor from an adult but I don’t know what to do

Okay, so I [F21] have a friend [F24] I’ve known for a long time, right? Let’s call her Grace. She said she has a friend [F16], let’s call her Amanda, but she is HEAVILY obsessed with Amanda. The thing is, they’ve never met. I don’t know precisely how they met, but Grace said they text all the time supposedly, but Amanda always sounds hesitant. So it sounds like Grace is constantly doing all of the texting. Now, Amanda lives in California, and Grace lives in Georgia, and they’ve been friends for a year and a half, I think. Grace calls Amanda her “best friend in the whole wide world,” and she doesn’t know what she’ll do without Amanda, even though they’ve never met.
The thing is, because of their eight-year age gap, I find it incredibly creepy. Grace confessed that she constantly texts Amanda EVERY single day, sends good morning and good night texts, and calls Amanda at least twice a day, knowing good and well Amanda has a hectic schedule with school and her job. Grace is a broke college student with no job and has extreme attachment issues. I tried to explain to Grace that since she’s 24, what does she have in common with a 16-year-old?! She goes, “Well, she’s my best friend... We like the same things!” I said, “But…she’s practically a kid, Grace. You’re a whole adult. It would be best if you had friends your age. You would think it’s dangerous for a 24-year-old man to text a 16-year-old girl, wouldn’t you? You don’t even know Amanda!”
Grace and I haven’t talked in a couple of days. But I seriously think Amanda needs to stay away from Grace. Would I be doing the wrong thing if I texted Amanda myself out of concern? I don’t think their friendship is a good idea to keep going. Amanda is a minor, and Grace is an adult. It’s not okay. I’m 21, and I can’t even see myself being besties with a 16-year-old.
All feedback is appreciated. I want to do the right thing. Not just for my sake, but Amanda’s as well. Thank you.
