Hi,
I am a beginner to film cameras and was gifted the Kodak M35. This is my second roll of film I have put in (Kodak Gold ISO 200 36 exposures) and after taking an initial shot to reset the counter, it didn't work. I tried to take a few more but was worried that the film hadn't been loaded correctly so opened the back to check, it still didn't work so took one more, opened the back and wound the film, to see whether it was winding properly. (Yes, I know this exposes the film and I have ruined the shots). The film is winding properly.
The counter is still stuck between S and 1, and I wanted to know if this is because I've opened the back and its reset the counter, or if there is another issue with how I have loaded the film?
I am worried that my photos will not be taken correctly on the film. Any advice appreciated.

Hello, I own a Dell G5 Desktop. The only way I have modified it is by adding more memory. I have owned the PC and used it nearly every day since 2021, and it has worked (mostly) fine. But since a few days ago, Google Chrome has been lagging intensely, freezing my computer if I have more than 2 tabs open for a few minutes. Whenever it freezes, the only way to get it to stop is by manually restarting my entire computer. Other apps and games seem to work fine, but google is broken.
About a week ago I was signed out of every website I had made an account on, and I do not know what caused this. I think that may have been the start of the issue but I do not know. I doubt it is a virus as I very very rarely visit sketchy sites. Alos, in Task manager, when I only have 2 tabs open it displays (17) next to google, I have looked this up and found others with the same issue, but no fix.
I have tried restarting chrome countless times, removing images and apps from my PC, removing temporary files, uninstaling and reinstaling chrome, and even opening up the PC itself and cleaning out the fans in some hope of fixing it, but nothing has worked.
I don’t know much about computers, so any advice helps!

So my Band released „Getting There“ on May 19th, we ve recieved alot of good feeback but im still curious what this subreddit thinks!

I’m relatively cash rich right now ($2M in taxable brokerage accounts) but I’m not sure if buying in cash even if rates are as high as they are makes sense.
I think I would be open to buying in cash if that meant I could somehow negotiate a fat discount with a more desperate seller, but not if something is still priced as if we’re still living in the time of 3% rates. I’m just not sure if the fact I have cash makes a difference to a seller unless they were fielding multiple offers, and even in that case then they wouldn’t be looking for a lower offer.

I’ve been using G2A for years now and I just recently ended up buying what I thought was a key for Elden Ring and instead I received an Xbox account instead.
You don’t even have reliable customer service either, just a chatbot saying it’s up to the seller to distribute a refund.
When I told the issue to the seller about how it’s against the terms of service to sell accounts and that I wanted a game key and not an account that probably has a fraudulent copy of the game, all they told me was: “Alright”
They said because I opened the link they sent, I accessed the account and so a refund is not possible.
When all I did was click: “Get Key”.
This practice is so misleading and the fact that they allow this on their platform is going to be their downfall. Worst yet is the seller reviews looked fine and google suggested their page when I searched for an Elden Ring key from G2A.
I feel like this is a complete “gotcha” marketplace now.
Are we really going to start siding with sellers automatically who mislead your customers?
This reminds me of the time people were buying an Xbox One and the title says “Xbox One for Sale” but in the product description it says that it’s just a picture of one.

My boyfriend Hank (36) and I moved in with my sister and her husband recently til we get our place. My sister and her husband welcomed us with open arms and have been more than generous, however, something was bothering Hank and when I was finally able tp make him talk, he said that all the certificates and awards that my BIL was hanging on the living room wall were bothering or triggering him. For some context; BIL is a doctor, he's cardiologist and has a number of certificates and awards. Hank had a rough childhood, he always wanted to be a doctor and it was his lifetime dream but unfortunately, this didn't happen because he had to drop out of school and kind of just got drifted away with his circumstances. He asked if BIL could move these certificates and awards into perhaps a private room (the bedroom or even office) because they constantly tend to trigger my boyfriend and remind him of all that he lost. I spoke with both my bil and sister and they said it was a "you problem" for Hank. I tried explaining it from his prespective and told them how much he'd appreciate it if they agreed to his request but BIL told me it was his house and that we as guest don't get to demand anything. He also said that Hank should be triggered more about the fact that he's "homeless" rather than not achieving his dream and being a doctor. My sister told me to drop it but I brought it up again after still seeing Hank getting trigger hoping BIL would accommodate but to no avail.
My sister screamed at me for bringing it up and said that there was something wrong with Hank and that it wasn't their problem nor did they have yo deal with it. This caused a fight and we're currenyly getting the cold shoulder from my sister and BIL. Hank suggested I call my parents but I wasn't sure if they'd understand.

My game crashes whenever i open tiktok live studio to stream, it says win64-shipping.exe” Problem is, there was no problem at the beginning of using the tiktok live studio, only lately it has been causing problems. First, the fps drops, now the game crashes whenever i open tiktok live studio and valorant. I cant seem to find anyone having this issue anywhere, i tried adding the valorsnt to firewall exception, i tried reinstalling the game, tried reinstalling the tiktok live studio, nothing works. Sorry if the formatting is weird I’m on mobile. I (21m) lost my high school best friend (21m) 8 months ago in a gruesome car accident, we had been estranged for 3 years because of high school drama that now feels dumb, but I had wanted to get back in contact with him since I had felt we had grown enough as people to reconnect and continue our friendship. The news of his death shocked me and I couldn’t believe it at first. I cried for weeks and even to this day I’ll tear up when I drive by his house, remember the things we would do, or see someone wearing jorts (he loved wearing jorts). A couple days after his death I had learned from friends that had still kept in contact with him that even in the time we were estranged he still called me his best friend, this made me feel worse and filled me guilt for not reaching out sooner when he was still alive. I went to his funeral to gain some kind of closure but if anything I feel like that made it worse, he had an open casket funeral and you could see that part of his face was bruised from the accident despite being covered in makeup. I cried silently as I said goodbye to him. I learned at the funeral that 6 months before he passed his father had also died and it pained me that I wasn’t there to help him or to support him through that loss. I don’t regret going to the funeral but I feel like my mental health really worsened after the funeral. A week after his funeral I started having dreams about him. These dreams are very vivid and feel incredibly real, I won’t go into explicit detail about the dreams because I cherish them dearly and I would like to keep them private but in my dreams it’s as if he hadn’t died and we’re hanging out liked we used to, I wake up from these dreams and I immediately start to cry, these dreams have persisted for months although they’ve gotten less frequent they still have me crying whenever I dream of him. Sometimes I’ll have nightmares that we’re both in a car accident and I watch him die infront of me not being able to do anything to save him, these are the worst. His birthday is coming up soon and it reminds me of the times he used to tease me for being older than me(by 4 months) and now I’ll always be older than him. I wish I could go back in time and tell him how much he meant to me and be his friend again. I don’t know how to live with this guilt or if I’ll ever stop feeling this horrible. I don’t know how to deal with this loss or if I even have the right to mourn him since I never got back in touch with him. I miss him so much. While I am in the process of getting into therapy it’s taking a while so I thought that posting here would be a healthy way of working through some emotions. Thank you to anyone that took the time to read through this I just really needed to let this out.

I am actually Alastor Crowley coming back into existence, please don’t use the ‘air’ and I’d prefer you also not use the ‘e’.
I have been both angelic and demonic in memory now and have been slowly remembering myself as an archangel and arcdemon. It’s without context but I was wondering if there are any crazies that would love to conversate on discord and share information about yourself like I would.
