https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/ufo-whisteblower-david-grusch-b2352358.html
An
Air Force veteran has made a bombshell claim that the US
government has recovered materials that could be proof of UFOs, including an intact craft of “non-human origin,” but they are keeping it a secret from the public.
David Charles Grusch, a veteran and former member of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and National Reconnaissance Office, has blown the whistle on this information, speaking with several news outlets about the crafts.
“These are retrieving non-human origin technical vehicles, call it a spacecraft if you will, non-human exotic origin vehicles that have either landed or crashed,” Mr Grusch
told NewsNationNow. Mr Grusch served as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s senior technical adviser for Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) analysis with Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Information clearance, according to
The Debrief He also served as a senior intelligence officer in the National Reconnaissance Office. In total, he has 14 years of experience serving as an intelligence officer.
But during his time on the UAP task force, Mr Grusch says he was refused access to a materials recovery programme that included physical evidence of crafts.
“I thought it was totally nuts and I thought at first I was being deceived, it was a ruse,” Mr Grusch told
NewsNationNow. “People started to confide in me. Approach me. I have plenty of senior, former intelligence officers that came to me, many of which I knew almost my whole career, that confided in me that they were part of a program.”
He told
The Debrief that he’s prepared many briefs on UFOs for Congress but, last year, decided to provide hours of classified information and data about the materials recovery programme.
Mr Grusch claims the materials recovery programme was shielded from proper congressional oversight.
An unclassified version of the document, provided to
The Debrief, says that Mr Grusch has direct knowledge that UAP-related information is being withheld or concealed from Congress, “to purposely and intentionally thwart legitimate congressional oversight of the UAP program.”
According to the complaint, in July 2021, Mr Grusch confidentially provided classified information to the Department of Defense Inspector General about the withheld information but Mr Grusch believes his identity was disclosed.
Now, Mr Grusch is filing a
whistleblower complaint, alleging that he suffered retaliation for disclosing the confidential information.
The Intelligence Community Inspector General found Mr Grusch’s complaint to be “credible” and “urgent” in July 2022 and a summary was given to the Director of National Intelligence, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, according to Mr Grusch.
Mr Grusch said he hopes the revelation provides an “ontological shock” and “generally uniting issue for nations of the world to re-assess their priorities.”

2023.06.06 17:37 cheriaspen About Robert Kennedy Jr and His Opponents By Alex Jones
Alex Jones is of course controversial but really and truely most of the time he is right on. And of course he has been demonlized for his mistakes, and never recognized for the Truth he has supported and exposed over the many years. This is a very good review of Robert Kennedy Jr with links. Jones is source based. Check it out.
I sure wish Robert would go on Info Wars, I think he said his wife won't let him. She, Cheryl needs to be supportive and not controlling. He needs to show he wears the pants as well as loves his wife.
Alex Jones has millions of supporters. She also spoke out against her husbands' correct remarks comparing the Surviellience State of today with that of the Nazis, of course today's is much worse with the technology the Nazi's would have loved to have that is now readiing this, and all our personal texts and emails and phone calls and cell phones indicate exactly where we are every minute. Of course this is a violation of our 4th Amendment Rights a million times each second!
Kennedy also reversed a tweet congraduating Roger Waters when Kennedy learned of his stance on Isreal's corrupt govenment and genocide of Palestine. He stated: " My family has always had close relations with Isreal". Well he full knows the Isreali govenment is currently genociding their own citizens with multiple jabs of the Pfizer bioweapon. So many are dying from it there is a radio station that lists the deaths from the injections daily.
Roger Waters was over there with his bank Pink Floyd and learned of the corruption and genocide and the control the Isreali lobby has over our Government . And he produced " Occupation of the American Mind" an excellent documentary that every American should watch and discern. Roger Waters is not against the good citizens of Isreal and his stance has nothing to do with any religion at all. He gets called names to shut him up as is their tactic. So I hope you will watch Occupation of the American Mind and analze it for yourself.
Please urge Robert Kennedy Jr to watch it. I have already. He told us when he is in error to tell him and he may change his mind. This is one of those times.

2023.06.06 17:37 prpPAC Passed the PANCE - Stats/Advice
Passed the PANCE on the first try and hoping that my stats/scores this past year may give you some help with studying for the exam and maybe relieve some anxiety.
Psych EOR: 433
Peds EOR: 405
IM EOR: 419
FM EOR: 441
EM EOR: 475
Surgery EOR: 440
Women's Health EOR: 407
PACKRAT (taken 2 months before graduation): 172
EOC Exam (taken about 2.5 weeks before exam): 1570
ROSH PANCE Q Bank: 90% complete, 76% correct, 89% probability of passing, 501 predicted score
NCCPA Practice Exam A: lower 1/3 all in the green
PANCE score: 515
I mostly used Rosh Review to study and I would say that getting the PANCE Q Bank from Rosh was definitely worth it for me. I did the 60-day access and used it to also study for my EOC exam in addition to the PANCE. I took the PANCE about 1.5 weeks after graduation and studied for a good 8 days using Rosh Review, reading the descriptions in most questions and taking notes on them. I followed the PANCE blueprint and started by going through the largest percentage of questions (Cardiology, Pulmonology, GI, etc) and working my way down to the lowest percentage of questions (Derm, Heme, ID, etc). I would say that I did about 350-400 questions a day from Rosh and split them into 60-minute intervals of 60 questions to mimic the PANCE. I took the NCCPA practice exam A 2 days before the PANCE and that did give me some reassurance, but I felt pretty bad about it when I was taking it and thought it was difficult. I heard that practice exam B was more in line with the current PANCE, so that might be worth looking into.
The day before the exam I stayed at a hotel near where I was taking the PANCE since it was a bit far, and went over the notes I took from the Rosh topics that I felt I struggled with. I didn't really use Pance Prep Pearls too much other than to look at useful charts. I did get the Final Step review book at the start of the clinical year and it has lots of high-yield quick questions and went through the book the day before the exam just doing some quick review of high-yield topics (here is the link:
https://wallacedm.lpages.co/tfs-20-package/) and listened to the digital version when I was driving around the week before my test. I also think that Cram the PANCE is a great resource for high-yield review and I'd recommend watching these videos with questions and explanations, especially in the topics that you feel weakest in (here is the link:
https://www.youtube.com/@cramthepance).
The night before the exam I was a little nervous and liked to just do some light review. I tried to go to sleep at a reasonable time but didn't sleep the best the night before. I woke up about 3 hours before my exam and had breakfast, caffeine, and did some light review. Make sure to get to the testing site at least 30 minutes before your exam start time and bring all the things that are needed including valid ID forms, snacks, water, etc. If you get distracted easily like me, you can ask for earplugs or headphones to block out some noise. I took a 5-10 minute break after each section to stretch my legs, go to the bathroom, and grab water. This prevented me from getting too fatigued during the exam. I did the same with my EOC exam.
After finishing the exam, I didn't feel great to be honest, which is crazy to think given my score. BUT it's a big test and it's easy to get overwhelmed when it means so much to you and you feel you're not doing well or marking a lot of questions. Just take a deep breath and try to relax and remember that you know this stuff and that you have come this far with the knowledge that you have and you are good enough to be able to do this. Happy to answer any questions, and good luck to everyone!

2023.06.06 17:37 KateWills7 Job/therapy advice
I was diagnosed with RA 3 years ago, and at that time I was an administrative assistant, but for the past year and a half I have been working as a bank teller. My hands have gotten worse since I began working at the bank and now my Rheum has sent me to a hand specialist and physical therapy. My job tends to be fine on some days but on other days it is very high stress and toxic. I don't really care much for my job, but it's a job. I have to miss a fair amount of time for doctor's appointments and now I'm facing at least 4 weeks of physical therapy at 2 times a week with possibly more depending on what the therapist feels would be best. I asked my Rheum for advice and the only thing he said is that he is okay with my level of inflammation right now and maybe I should talk with my HR rep. So I still need advice. Does anyone else have experience with a similar situation? Do I stick it out in this job? What if the job is causing more issues and pain? Do I try to go on disability? Do I just search for a different job? What other jobs can I do anymore? I'm feeling stressed about this as well as depressed. I'm really not sure what my next steps should be, any advice?

2023.06.06 17:36 IneffableLiam I lost my ambition and drive when I realised height (an immutable characteristic) is the most important thing in a man
Before I used to be super ambitious I attended a top university had an internship lined up for investment banking.
I also come from a shithole in the uk and am the only person in my whole family to attend higher education.
I used to go the gym 5x a week, get expensive haircuts, work whole studying and buy high end designer clothes (I also went to university on a scholarship and record several thousand in grants). I also took Chinese and Arabic classes.
Still was never treated with respect and was treated like a child by peers and employers.
But the past three years I’ve been aimlessly going from shit job to shit job with no ambition.
What’s the point when I could just be 6 foot and do the bare minimum and have a cozy job and a decent looking gf whereas I have to work 10x harder and still not even receive a fraction all because of something I have no control over? If I was fat I could easily lose weight and get shredded - I used to be ripped at 9% body fat. I still go to the gym but I don’t have the same motivation when working out and basically go 2-3x a week for maintenance

2023.06.06 17:35 gonzalotudela RBC Prime-Linked GIC Question
I am managing some temporary excess liquidity for a business and investing in a cashable GIC is a good option for us.
RBC offers a Prime-Linked GIC, which I understand to be a variable rate linked to whatever happens to RBC prime. As of today, Prime Rate at RBC is 6.70% and the GIC pays 4.25%. Therefore, you can pretty much infer it's as a "prime minus 2.45%" variable rate.
But when I was on the phone with RBC Investments, they told me that the rate does not actually follow prime. The rate won't change "if it moves only a little bit up, like 0.25%". So I asked, "is the GIC rate prime minus 2.45% or is it some other factor for calculation?"
Turns out no one can answer this question for me. The person on the phone couldn't find anyone who could answer it either. Then I went looking for terms and conditions and "fine print". There is nothing about it on the public website, on the private investment page and you can't find any information before or after purchasing the GIC (so far).
The only thing I can find is this:
The rate of interest on Interest Rate-Linked GICs is calculated based on a discount from the RBC prime interest rate. The RBC prime interest rate is a reference rate for determining interest rates on Canadian dollar commercial loans in Canada and is subject to change. The RBC prime interest rate can be found at rbcroyalbank.com/rates/prime.html. You may obtain the current interest rate applicable to your Interest Rate-Linked GIC by signing into Online or Mobile Banking, by making inquiries at your local branch, or by calling us at 1-888-903-0419.
I have requested the full legal disclosure and terms and conditions so I can read the fine print, but I'm actually a bit shocked that no one could answer or disclose what the discount rate is and whether or not it too is variable. I'm concerned I can't find out more of what I'm buying prior to buying it. I only need to "agree" verbally that I want to purchase a GIC and it's done.
I have asked them to send me the full prospectus or legal terms and conditions. We'll see if they show up.
TLDR: RBC won't tell me whether their Prime-Linked GIC has a static discount or a variable discount.

2023.06.06 17:35 According-Highway144 Is Marcus by Goldman Sachs CD worth it? They’re currently displaying a offer of 5.05 APY for a 10 Month term. I would like to know would it be in my best interest to store my money in a hysa or a cd.
I earn about $14 an hour and I get paid biweekly of $980 or $1k. I am currently banking with discover and have about 3k in emergency fund and 9k in savings. I normally put about a minimum of $750 each month towards my savings and the rest towards bills/emergency fund. I was thinking of putting my money in a cd because I don’t really want to touch it since it would be used for a down payment on a house/ or maybe purchasing a mobile home. Right now I could put 9k in the Marcus CD or just leave it in discover.
