The most notorious type or species (S. Chartarum and S. Chlorohalonata) are known as “Black Mold” or “Toxic Black Mold” in the United States of America and relate or common when poor air quality indoors which occurs when growing fungus takes root in water-damaged building materials.
What can exposure to BLACK MOLD or Stachybotrys do to you?
Exposure to this has wide and varied effects on each individual. Factors like how long, how much and the individual’s age is all significant when asking this question. Symptoms typically impact membranes with mucous, the mouth, nose, and throat, flu and cold-like symptoms; a cough, sneezing, nausea, bloody discharge, and fatigue. I have seen people affected by lymph node irritation and skin problems. The significance of BLACK MOLD has only recently gained notoriety. According to ‘Wikipedia’, “In the 1990s after analysis of two infantile deaths and multiple cases in children from the poor areas of Cleveland, Ohio due to pulmonary hemorrhage were initially linked to exposure to heavy amounts of Stachybotrys chartarum. Subsequent and extensive reanalysis of the cases by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have failed to find any link between the deaths and the mold exposure.”
What does Black Mold look like?
This relates to the aforementioned question about ‘Stachybotrys’. In my carrier as a mold expert,, I have addressed over 1000 mold issues, There have been cases where mold that is black in color is not ‘Stachybotrys’, as well as jobs where there was no visible mold but air samples indicate large quantities of ‘Stachybotrys’. Stachybotrys is the most toxic mold known to mankind and typically, whatever has been affected needs to be removed completely using extreme caution. On march 9 CAPCOM updated the "Resident Evil 4" price in argentina it went from 4.850 ARS to 12.958 ARS, in my case since I'm from the Salta province i have to pay 77.6% of taxes on puchase i make on steam so the real price i will be paying in the case of the old price 8.613 ARS and with the new price 23.013 ARS

now to put you in context in argentina if you have a credit card that is able to do international transactions steam will charge you in USD and when is time to pay the card you will pay for buying dollars and the corresponding taxes(at the end of the day is a bit more expensive than a debit card because of local currency volatility), if you use a debit card they will charge you the published ammount 12.958 ARS and the bank will automatically calculate the corresponding taxes.
ok, now if i buy the "Resident Evil 4" at the current price steam will get 12.958 ARS or 63.2 USD at the current exchange rate or 61 USD in the worst case so we can say that the game cost 63 USD in argentina and CAPCOM is getting depending on their sales ammount 44, 47.25 or 50.4 usd for each sale in argentina
so, you can compare, a game that update its price recently is Factorio, the game cost 2.500(4.440 after tax) ARS or 12.20 USD

also i want to clarify that I'm well aware that there is people abusing the argentina regional pricing but i don't belive that they are that many and also there is a simple fix, steam already stopped accepting cards that are from digital wallets (MercadoPago, Naranja X, Ualá) the only way to change an account to argentina right now is using a credit/debit card emmited by a proper bank(Banco Macro, Santander, Brubank, Openbank, Patagonia, etc) and to charge your account there is three ways, you can buy a game with your card, you can charge money in your wallet using an steam gift card that is only sold by gamefan.la and no one in argentina has ever seen one... pls valve stop selling gift card codes in ARS, only bots are able to buy them... and by sending items from one account in a different region to your account in argentina with will make charging money a matter of 7 to 15 days and also should be easily trackable by Valve.

Sorry about the rant, i don't like or play Resident Evil games but i just felt like someone had come into my house and punched me in the face. I will also want everyone to consider that the minimum wage here is 90.000 ARS, but the reality is that a big chunk of people earns 60.000 to 80.000 and is forced by their employer to declare that they got 90.000.
