I am still working with an agency since I’m trying to look for work that doesn’t allow me to stand for hours due to my health issues. Today, we had a fight about his outstanding debts and bank accounts, he show me the 11k debt and I was shocked, the only debt that he shown me was when we met and he was 5k debt. He’s not the type of person that would not pay his debt, he shown his microsoft sheet of all the things he needs to pay off and what order etc but has never asked for help.
I told him why haven’t you reach out to the debt charities or the council about this? His words were “They are just going to tell me what I need to pay off first and give me breathing space, which I don’t need” Then I asked him what do you need, “I just need money” I show him that the charity companies will help you write off some of your debt and council with give you some help with money. He says “it’s not going to work, they are not going to write off my debts, they aren’t going to do anything”
He hasn’t spoken to his parents about it, if he does he would be fine because his parents live in a payed house in Spain and paying for food for pets and themselves.
I say “I’ve asked my mom and she’s not able to give anything, but your parents will understand our situation.” “I don’t want to bother them, I don’t want to. Euro to pounds transfer isn’t good. Etc”

- When a credit card payment is processed Pocketguard registers it as a "To" and "From" Payment, essentially zeroing the total out. I would think to categorize CC payments as "Bills" but they advise against it. Can anyone explain this more clearly?
- How do you categorize the interest applied to your cards? The default is "Fees" but I typically use that category for things like ATM fees.
